How high is your tent?
The entrance heights of Cross Cable Tents and Glass Wall Tents are available in two options: 2.4 meters and 2.8 meters, which can be adjusted based on requirements. However, the taller the poles, the less stable and aesthetically pleasing they become, so it is recommended not to exceed a height of 3 meters.
Is it possible for printing LOGO on the cover top?
Yes, we can make screen printing or label with cutting sheet stickers.
Do you have different color for the tents?
Currently, white and champagne are the most common, offering a more elegant appearance and higher acceptance. If you need any other color, please provide certain order quantity. For more information, please contact our sales representative.
Is it convenient to set up a tent?
We use unique Keder system which means no more pins and holes. It's easy and convenient to set up a tent. Large tents require cranes, but we offers an automated fabric-pulling machine that saves time, effort, and works efficiently. Wen’s Phoenix will help reduce set up time by up to 50%!
How many days for setting up the tents?
Before the installation, the builder need to know the details of the layout. Normally, the installation could be done within one day but it doesn't include measurement and transportation. For large tents, it depends on whether pre-embedded foundation piles are needed. Generally, using ground stakes is faster than pre-embedding foundation piles, but the stability is slightly lower.The following is the estimated time for setting up:
Should we knock down the tents during typhoon/hurricane/storm strikes?
Our Structure Tents and Glass Wall Tents have successfully passed wind resistance tests up to level 13 winds (121 kgf/m²), which is the upper limit of a moderate typhoon. Each tent is reinforced during installation to ensure exceptional stability even under such conditions. Smaller tents have also been tested to withstand level 8 winds, equivalent to a light typhoon, making them suitable for moderate weather conditions. 💡 Safety Recommendations: ✔ For winds below level 13: For your safety and to prolong the lifespan of the tent, we recommend securing any valuable items inside. ✔ For extreme weather (above level 13): We advise dismantling the tent in advance as a precautionary measure.
Could I change the Glass Wall I prefer?
Yes, you could adjust the quantity for the door or window or walls according to your preference.
Could I install lights for the tent?
Of course! While our tents do not come with built-in lighting, they are compatible with various types of lighting, including LED lights, spotlights, string lights, and chandeliers. You can easily install lighting fixtures based on your specific needs and event ambiance.
Should we get the land grading before the installation?
Yes, proper land grading is essential before installation. Please ensure that the ground surface is leveled and stable before the builder proceeds with the layout. A flat foundation helps prevent structural instability, uneven weight distribution, and potential safety issues. If you need guidance on site preparation, feel free to consult with us for recommendations.
Could I lock the door?
Yes, the door comes with a built-in lock, allowing you to secure the space when needed. This ensures basic security and privacy for your tent.
Could I move the tent?
Absolutely! Our tents are designed for easy relocation and reassembly thanks to our modular technology. We use Aluminium Keder Rail frames, which eliminate the need for drilling or pins, making installation and dismantling faster and more efficient. This lightweight design allows you to relocate your tent multiple times with ease.
It's so hot in the tents, how could I dissipate the heat?
Keeping your tent cool is easy with the right solutions! Here are some effective ways to reduce heat buildup: ✔ Natural Ventilation – Open doors, windows, or removable sidewalls to allow airflow. ✔ Cooling Systems – Install air conditioning, fans, exhaust fans, or sprinkler systems for better temperature control. ✔ Heat-Resistant Materials – For hot climates, we recommend window panels for better airflow and double-layer tarpaulins to block excessive heat. What if we have soil ground without concrete?

How long is your lead time?
Our standard lead time is 45 to 60 days, depending on the order complexity and current production schedule. Since we use premium, high-quality materials, each order is carefully scheduled and produced to ensure superior craftsmanship and durability. To secure your place in our production queue and receive timely delivery, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

How long is your warranty?
We provide a comprehensive warranty to ensure long-term durability: ✔ Tent Structure – 1-year warranty (excluding human-caused damage). ✔ Parts - Glass walls & Keder tubes – Built to last over 8 years. - SergeFerrari PVC fabric – 5-year warranty. - Standard sunshade fabric – 2-year warranty.💡 Need fabric replacement? Over time, tent fabric may become brittle, but it can be replaced separately while the rest of the structure remains fully functional.
Do insects go into the tent?
If doors and windows are left open, insects may enter—just like in any open space. For better protection, we recommend installing fly screen windows, which allow airflow while keeping bugs out.
Do the glasses break easily?
Not at all! Our glass panels are made of 6mm thick tempered glass, which is highly durable and impact-resistant. These panels are designed to withstand everyday use and environmental stress, ensuring long-lasting safety.
The air is salty at the beach. Does keder pole get rusty?
Our aluminum Keder poles are corrosion- and oxidation-resistant, making them highly durable even in humid environments. However, long-term exposure to salty air may still accelerate wear over time. For coastal installations, we recommend additional maintenance or protective treatments to extend the lifespan of your tent.
How do you clean and maintain it?
✔ Regular Tarpaulins – Simply rinse with clean water to remove dirt and sand. ✔ PVC Fabric – Use a nozzle-type water hose for cleaning or specialized cleaning agents for deeper maintenance.
Can I set up the tent by myself ?
