Test:
Products and components are theoretically tested at the design stage using simulation and FEA techniques.
During prototype design, an indoor test was conducted.
Third-party verification had been done before mass production (Lloyds British test report is available on request).
Features
1. Design Features:
The steel pipe bracket is designed and manufactured by a British manufacturer. It can be adjusted according to the on-site terrain and pipeline equipment. Load capacity is up to 500kg/m2, ensuring safety during the event.
2. Product Benefits:
To meet the market's increasingly strict requirements about the event venue structure industry, temporary floors must be supported and leveled in a reliable and safe manner. This has become a big factor in the raised floor design. The modular concept makes it easy for operators without relevant skills to install a safe and stable structure. It provides safe and easy-to-install solutions for temporary floors in any venue. The structure can be constructed on uneven and inclined ground, with a maximum height of 3m and an inclination of 12 degrees.
3. Test and Performance:
Generally, the most common floor load is 350 Kg/M2, which is enough to handle low-to-medium pedestrian traffic, like wedding banquets, exhibitions, and enterprise applications. For high load capacity applications, such as high pedestrian traffic, concerts, or where vehicles may be present, 500kg/M2 is recommended.
4. Technical Data
Height range: minimum 17cm. maximum 300cm (measured from ground to top of pedestal - bottom side of floor).
Static load: maximum 4 tons per pedestal (Safety factor is 1.5 times).
Dynamic and lateral loads: subject to the floor system and structure/installation configuration.
Case-by-case recommendations are available.
